Regular insights into the development of the site
Since spring 2023, the Garage Campus has been a large construction site that is constantly changing. All interested people were invited to follow the construction progress and planning up close. Every last Friday of the month, our construction stop – which was usually fully booked – took place. At 3 p.m., participants met directly at Zwickauer Strasse 164 and were given helmets and vests to explore the site.

During a short tour, there were insights into the ongoing structural changes and the opportunity to learn more about the intervention space of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025. After the tour, we invited to a relaxed get-together over coffee “with construction foam” to talk about what is happening on the Garage Campus.
