Places to stay (for example, in a discarded tram wagon), long counters and large, even round (for example, cable drum) tables are designed to encourage people to get to know each other and exchange ideas with people they don’t know. One of the gastronomic offerings is (almost) always open, making it a contact point for night owls and early risers alike.
