What Is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a form of movement meditation — a space where you can surrender to the music and move however your body wants to move.
No choreography. No steps. No judgment.
Just you, your body, and the moment.
Here you are invited to:
- move freely and intuitively,
- express yourself through your body,
- connect with others when it feels right,
- release what no longer serves you,
- and simply be.
Ecstatic Dance opens a space for presence, creativity, and emotional freedom — an opportunity to enter a flow state and experience music as pure movement.

A Free U is an invitation.
Blending organic downtempo, global grooves, earthy house, and cosmic trance, DJ A Free U creates journeys where bodies move freely, hearts open, and music becomes a living expression of freedom.

Our Agreements
To create a safe and open space for everyone:
NO PHONES / NO CAMERAS – Please keep phones on airplane mode and refrain from filming or taking photos.
NO TALKING – Please no conversations on the dance floor. Sounding and boundary communication are welcome.
NO INTOXICANTS – This is a clear and conscious space. No alcohol or drugs.
NO SHOES – Dance barefoot or in socks to connect with the earth.
BE CONSENSUAL – Respect boundaries. Feel for a “yes” and honor a “no.”
